It’s so nice to meet you.

I’m Lily. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) living and working in Toronto, ON.

But I’d like to share more than just my title.

Prior to becoming a therapist I worked at Shopify for almost a decade. I joined right out of university and was so overcome with wanting a “cool” job that I put everything I had into landing a job in tech. As I moved through the organization, I started to notice a gnawing feeling inside of me that told me I was in the wrong place. I was good at my job, but it didn’t feel like “me”. In 2020, I received a cancer diagnosis at the age of 28. This diagnosis and subsequent treatment rocked me to my core and made me question every part of my life. I knew that the gnawing feeling I felt was not anxiety, it was in fact, a friend gently nudging me in the right direction. A different direction.

That friendly nudge is what brings me to this work. Becoming a therapist is a dream realized. Since starting my practice in 2024, I’ve found the work more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined. I love helping clients untangle family dynamics, conflict patterns in their relationships, and connect with their inner knowing and wisdom. I like to work long-term with clients so we have ample space to build our relationship, establish trust and safety, and work alongside the waves of life that inevitably come, some welcomed more than others.

My promise to you as your therapist is to sit with you, try to understand you, challenge you when needed, breathe with you, and help you feel heard and seen by me and most importantly, by yourself.
