Offerings

  • Individual therapy allows us to connect one-on-one to work through whatever is present and real for you. We will identify what you want to work on and keep that top of mind at the start of each session. We’ll also allow space for whatever is coming up for you that day. You can expect a comfortable, relaxed environment where you can slow down and take time to focus on yourself, your needs, and your feelings.

    During our time together, we will use tools from emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, internal family systems (IFS), parts work, and mindfulness and meditation. Your treatment goals and objectives will be top of mind through our work together. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, understood, believed, and hopeful.

  • Performance Coaching is a practice where we identify areas for optimization in your life with the goal of increasing your performance in your career. While we may talk about life outside of work, the majority of our work will be career-focused. We may explore such things as: limiting beliefs getting in your way of performance, ways of working that are no longer serving you, mindset shifts to help you relate to work differently, managing up and across with your boss and stakeholders, preventing burnout, and optimizing routines to help you work smarter.

    Please note that coaching is distinct from therapy, and is not tax exempt or covered under most extended benefits plans.

  • Before or after our therapy session, we will sit in meditation together covering one of three themes: self-compassion, inspiration, or peaceful presence. I will guide you through the meditation. This offering is a great way to extend the impact of therapy and practice new skills.
